Unlike in the case of the previous levels of regulation in this field, which focused mainly on the thermal and technical parameters of buildings and their gradual improvement, the policy implemented this year leaves the real world and brings us into the world of virtual reality, a world of artificial and complicated structures which enable the same house to obtain diametrically opposite evaluations.  > > >

To meet the growing demand for FLEXEL products within the UK and world wide markets, FLEXEL International Limited has recently completed the construction of a new purpose built storage facility at a cost of £350,000.
This new 430m² building is equipped with an 8m high racking system capable of storing more than 700 standard Euro pallets in addition to large stocks of finished goods ready for next day delivery.  > > >

We are pleased to inform that good economic results enabled Ceilhit s.l., the youngest member of the Fenix group, to invest approximately CZK 10,000,000 into relocating all its activities to new premises in Gavá, approximately 15 km south of Barcelona. These premises suit much better requirements placed for modern and efficient management of production and logistics. Equally, the position in a modern industrial polygon next to the Barcelona - Valencia highway (Barcelona c. 15 minutes by car, airport c. 10 minutes by car) enables fast and easy access. The peak of the 2010 season showed that the growth in interest in Fenix Group products is really extraordinary – (year-to-year increase of 20-40%) and that it will be necessary to invest into new premises and technologies in order to ensure the next sales and production seasons are problem-free. Given the rising demand for products the company Fenix was at the end of 2008 extended the production of heating cables by a new production line (a description in a separate article). Further development of the production of heating cables, however, was limited by the size of existing production areas and therefore it was decided to carry out extensions to the size of 550 m².  > > >

On 4. 5. 2009, a new line for the production of heating cables was completed with the installation of an extruder for the production of fluoropolymer insulation and sheathing. Thus, two extruders are now included in the new line and it is currently possible to use this line to produce all types of insulation and sheathing for ECOFLOOR heating cables.  > > >

Fenix Trading s.r.o. has built its own video conference room equipped with Polycom devices. The picture and sound are transmitted via data networks over the internet and enable the transmission of pictures and sound from a connected PC during videoconferencing.  > > >

An inappropriately used heating element placed under a wooden or laminate floating floor can have a strong negative impact on the lifespan of the floor.
During the development of our ECOFILM 60 and 80 W/m² heating films, we cooperated with leading European producers of laminate and wooden floating floors. According to their requirements and the results of measurements and tests, we introduced a product to the market more than ten years ago which had, already at the time of its appearance, a technical base and level of quality which had been tested over many years in installations of ECOFILM 140-300 W/m² film in mounted constructions - mainly from plasterboard.  > > >
