FENIX in the debate on the future energy mix

Cyril Svozil Jr.

The energy transition and the search for a balanced, stable and sustainable energy mix were the main themes of the Euro Business Breakfast event, subtitled ‘A Diverse and Flexible Mix’. The event brought together representatives from industry, energy businesses, experts and public administration for an open debate on the future direction of the energy sector in the Czech Republic and across Europe.

The discussion focused on the combination of different energy sources, their complementarity and the need for flexibility in energy systems at a time of a growing share of renewable sources. The importance of decentralisation, energy storage and modern regulation technologies, which contribute to grid stability and energy security, was also discussed.

FENIX Group has long supported solutions based on the efficient use of electricity, smart regulation and innovative technologies. It regards participation in expert discussions as an important part of the dialogue on the future of the energy sector and industry, where responsible economic growth and sustainable development play a key role.

Detailed conclusions from the discussion, the views of individual speakers and the broader context of the energy transition are set out in the full article on the ieuro.cz website.
