The D-MAT heated tarpaulin offers a practical, portable solution for frost protection in industry and the construction sector. It is used to heat soil in excavations, loose materials or idle machine components in a targeted manner during the winter months. It thus helps to maintain the continuity of construction work even when outdoor temperatures drop significantly.

A key advantage of the mat is its ‘Plug & Play’ connection system and ease of handling, aided by its weight of 9.6 kg. Thanks to the 5-metre-long power cable fitted with a standard 230 V Schuko plug, installation requires no specialist electrical work. Simply unroll the mat and plug it into a socket. Safe operation directly on the building site is guaranteed by the high IP 56 protection rating.
