Why choose high-temperature radiant panels?

The unique Silicating surface treatment technology for heating fins ensures maximum heating efficiency and energy savings.

Thanks to the panels’ high surface temperature (up to 360 °C), they heat effectively even when installed at a height of several metres.

A double-layer powder-coated finish on the aluzinc sheet metal components guarantees maximum corrosion resistance in harsh environments for the Anticor range.

The S+ Short range of compact panels offers high heating output even at a reduced length of just 65 cm, making them suitable for installation in tighter spaces or in combination with lighting.

Using the adjustable hangers, you can easily adjust the direction of the heat so that you only heat the areas or workstations you need.

Pleasant radiant heat

The heating element in the panels is an aluminium fin with an embedded heating rod, which, thanks to radiant heating technology, does not primarily heat the air but heats objects and people directly. This principle makes it possible to achieve thermal comfort even in large and poorly insulated spaces. Furthermore, radiant panels have significantly lower running costs compared with conventional systems.

The S+ specialist range

The ECOSUN S+ basic range of infrared panels is designed for heating large-volume halls and sports facilities where high output and heating reliability are the top priorities.

The S+ Short version is designed for installation in confined spaces and can easily be combined with lighting. Despite its reduced length, this variant retains all key technical specifications.

In environments with high humidity, the presence of salt or other corrosive substances, the S+ Anticor range with special surface protection is ideal.

Variable control

ECOSUN radiant panels offer a range of regulation options. The most common of these are room thermostats, which are installed directly in the room containing the heating panels, where they also measure the temperature.

In the case of zonal heating, where you are heating only the people in a specific area, the heating panels are usually controlled manually according to the users’ subjective perception of warmth. You can supplement manual switching with additional elements of regulation, such as a timer. This ensures that the panels are not left switched on by mistake when the heated space is not in use.

ECOSUN high-temperature panels can also be integrated into comprehensive regulation systems that enable zone heating of specific areas. With two- and three-slat models, the controls can be set separately for each slat. Using smart regulation, you can easily adjust the output of the heating panels according to your current needs.

ECOSUN S+ / S+ Anticor radiant panels are available in power ratings of 0.9, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.6 kW. We supply ECOSUN S+ SHORT infrared panels in 600 and 850 W variants.

In addition to the standard finish, we also offer all these radiant panels in an elegant black colour.

You can control high-temperature radiant panels using these thermostats of ours

In industrial applications, the thermostat is usually housed in an electrical control cabinet and measures the temperature via a separate temperature sensor extended into the heated space; alternatively, room thermostats with a higher resistance to moisture and dust (IP rating) are used. Thermostats can be analogue or digital (programmable), with room temperature sensing and a range of setting and programming options.
