ECOSUN TH panels have a significantly lower surface temperature than halogen heaters, and their operation does not produce any unwanted light. Halogen heaters, on the other hand, operate even at lower ambient temperatures. In practice, the panels can be used at temperatures of approximately +5 to +10°C; at lower temperatures, the fins will cool down significantly and the radiant heat will be almost imperceptible. The casing of the ECOSUN TH 2000 and 3000W radiant panels is made of aluminium. By changing the material of the casing, the weight of the housing for these two models has been reduced by 40%, without affecting its functionality. Two aluminium heating fins are housed within the aluminium casing. The surface of the fins is coated with a special matt black paint designed for use on high-temperature panels. This coating has anti-corrosive properties and high emissivity. Both the panel casing and the heating fins have a matt black finish; the panels are also fitted with a 2-metre power cable terminated with a plug. The panels also include wall-mounted tilting hinges, allowing them to be installed at an angle.
