References: Radiant panels in the patisserie

Even older detached houses can be heated cost-effectively using electric radiant heating following high-quality insulation, particularly when combined with solar panels and Battery storage. This is demonstrated by the example of a fully electrified detached house from the 1930s with a floor area of 120 m².

ECOSUN Basic low-temperature radiant panels are not intended solely for detached houses or flats. They are also ideally suited to smaller commercial premises where comfortable heating, low energy consumption and unobtrusive integration into the interior are required. These requirements were met by the heating installation at the Koláčiky patisserie by Veve in Nitra.

We are very satisfied with the installation, as it has fully met our expectations and objectives. The 48 m² patisserie, with a standard ceiling height of 2.5 m, is now heated efficiently and evenly. Four ceiling-mounted radiant panels have been installed here, carefully positioned across the ceiling to take account of the interior’s layout, ensuring that the heat is distributed evenly throughout the space without any cold spots. The total installed power of 2,400 W has proved to be entirely sufficient. We also appreciate the control via a room thermostat, which gives us precise control over the temperature whilst ensuring energy-efficient operation. The result is a comfortable environment for both customers and staff, exactly as we had envisaged.
