References: Winter protection for the DEPO LANDMARK residence

For the DEPO LANDMARK RESIDENCE project in the centre of Belgrade, ELMARK (a member of the FENIX Group) supplied a complete snow and ice protection system. The garage ramp was fitted with ECOFLOOR ADPSV 30 W/m heating cables, which effectively prevent ice formation and ensure safe access to the building. The system’s automatic operation is controlled by OJ ELECTRONICS ETO-2 controllers in combination with ETOG-56 ground sensors, which monitor temperature and humidity and optimise activation only when actually required.

ECOFLOOR ADPSV 10 W/m heating cables were installed for pipe freeze protection. Regulation is provided by EBECO EB-Therm 800 digital thermostats mounted on a DIN rail, supplemented by external sensors fixed directly to the pipework. This solution enables precise temperature monitoring and reliable protection of technical distribution systems. The project was carried out by EL BORN d.o.o. Belgrade, an experienced supplier of electrical installations and automation systems with extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects.
