References: Winter protection for the Kennedy Residence complex

ECOFLOOR electric heating systems have been installed at the Kennedy Residence multifunctional complex in Belgrade to ensure safe winter operations. ECOFLOOR ADPSV 30 W/m heating cables were used on the garage ramps, effectively preventing the build-up of snow and ice. Operation is controlled by OJ ELECTRONICS ETO-2 controllers in combination with ETOG-56 ground sensors, which monitor both temperature and humidity and activate the system only when there is a risk of ice forming, thereby optimising energy consumption. The project also includes protection against freezing for the roof and terrace drainage channels, ensuring the smooth flow of water.

ECOFLOOR ADPSV 10 W/m heating cables were installed on the pipework for fire hydrants, sprinkler systems and water supply networks. Regulation is provided by EBECO EB-Therm 800 digital thermostats mounted on a DIN rail, with external sensors fixed directly to the pipework. The installation was carried out by Interfast d.o.o. Belgrade, a specialist in the design and installation of electrical systems.
