COVID-19 Fenix Information

Dear Partners, Customers and Colleagues,

we would like to make an official statement, to clarify the concerns and questions regarding FENIX being open now, when coronavirus is spreading fast and Europe together with the rest od the world are literally closing. Each country has it’s own regime and precautionary measures these days, but closed country boarders with no doubt affect lots of the businesses. From our side, we did all needed to secure first and foremost health of our people, to keep our production, despatch office, sales department, etc. in operation mode. We amended the internal system to ensure we can continue working on your orders with no delays, all the cargos are dispatched as planned. And however it is truly impossible to predict long-term situation at this moment, we’d like to ensure you, we do our best to secure all the processes unchanged. Besides that, we are efficiently using this free time, when we are unable to travel and meet our customers, to develop new products and prepare new marketing materials.
